Designed for girls ages 5 to 17, our program nurtures confidence, creativity, and character while building a foundation of self-worth, sisterhood, and service.
What is Queens In Training?
Queens in Training is more than a program—it's a movement. We guide young girls through age-specific mentorship, hands-on learning, and meaningful experiences that empower them to become tomorrow’s leaders today.
Each girl is placed in one of four royal age groups:

👑 Tiny Treasures (Ages 5–6): Building self-awareness and social skills through play-based learning.

💠Crystals (Ages 7–9): Encouraging curiosity, kindness, and self-expression.

✨ Little Gems (Ages 10–12): Developing resilience, leadership, and voice.

🔮 Rare Jewels (Ages 13–17): Focusing on personal identity, purpose, and empowerment.
